Own Developments

In the past we have looked at a number of development sites and gained an enormous amount of experience during this time, particularly from running our own developments from start to finish. Dealing with site purchases, funders, solicitors, local councils, architects, structural engineers, NHBC, Zurich, Statutory Authorities and estate agents has given us a good understanding of our Developer Client’s needs.

Our own developments include:-

  • 3 storey Building in Fulham
  • Redevelopment of an old joinery works in Islington with ultra-modern houses.
  • Mixed development in Brixton comprising residential units and B1 units.
  • Block of apartments in Merton Abbey built on the side of the river Wandle.
  • 4 flats as an additional storey to existing block in Sutton, Surrey.
