This was an unusually shaped site in Raynes Park with an existing electrical sub-station. Following an enabling contract to provide a new sub-station after de-commission the existing one, we continued with the development of 14 units. These were a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom flats with the potential of 2 further flats being added at a later date. The construction was a reinforced concrete frame and SFS (Steel Framing Systems) infills above ground floor sitting on piled foundations. The external envelope was brickwork to the ground floor and insulated render to the upper floors. Each unit was finished to a high standard with lots of natural daylight, private balconies and some flats with en-suite bathrooms. The development included a lift, gated parking, an external bin/cycle store and soft landscaping.
