David Brewin joined the Group with the remit of establishing a Special Works Division with a view to widening the sectors of the existing operation and broaden the geographic areas to include all central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.

David's previous experience in Health, Education, Regeneration, Retail, Public Institutions, Leisure and Commercial Fitting Out will provide a sound platform to generate opportunities leading to further sustained and controlled growth for the Group.

The Division will be able to undertake all project categories including New Build, Refurbishment, Fitting Out, Design and Build and works of a minor nature. Ideally project values will be within the range of £50K to £5M.

The Group has a track record in this type of work ranging from the re-fit of a restaurant to the complete refurbishment of 4 blocks of student accommodation with en-suite facilities.
