Starting with our own developments in 1995 this area of our business has grown from strength to strength. Working for Developers has become one of our main areas of activity and we expect this to continue to increase. Typically, contract values will range between £1m and £6m on schemes varying in type, size and complexity, although it should be noted that we have recently been appointed to a £16M contract in Richmond, our largest award to date.

Much of our work is negotiated with repeat business from existing Clients. However, we do accept certain tender invitations where the list of tenderers is limited to 2 or 3. Our Clients tend to be from the private sector although we have worked in the public sector building flats for several Housing Associations.
